Getting Back to Training Safely

We are all excited to return to contact training in our dojos.  Whether it’s days or months away, we can look forward to nikyos in our future.  Arturo Sensei will give some guidelines and tools to help minimize discomfort/injuries and maximize practice as we return to training.
