Aimée Bel Sensei Aikido Bio

Aimée Bel Sensei, 4th dan, is Chief Instructor of Zenshinkan Dojo in Worcester, MA. She began her training there under Edward Haupt Sensei in 1996. She is a student of Ed Germanov Sensei and Mary Heiny Sensei.

Seminar Theme:

Nothing Extra, Nothing Left Out, Nothing Held Back

This class will explore our Aikido training as misogi and a path of awakening.

What to Bring to Class:

  • A sword (or stand-in for a sword, appropriate to the space in which you are training)
  • A slightly heavy item that could be held in one’s hand (like a tai chi ball, bocci ball, candle, or paper weight)
