We are very excited to welcome Greg Angus Sensei, 6th Dan Aikikai and chief instructor at Naka Ima Aikikai in Toronto, Canada for his first seminar in New Orleans!
Greg Sensei has practiced martial arts for over 30 years and is also a 4th Dan in karate. He practiced Aikido for 10 years in Japan, primarily under the direction of Endo Shihan, for whom he is also a deshi. Greg Sensei hosts an annual Aikido seminar conducted by his teacher in Toronto, with participants attending from all over North America. Off the mat, Greg Sensei works as an artist whose paintings have been exhibited both locally and internationally. His seminars emphasize connection, relaxation, heaviness, and sharpness.
*This will also be a “kagami biraki” seminar symbolizing the martial arts new year, a special time where we rededicate ourselves to our Aikido practice
