The mornings session will run from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m.

The afternoon sessions will run from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.

Each of 7 instructors will teach 30 minute classes.

An online waiver must be filled out before the event

Seminar Fee

The seminar fee of $20 will be donated to Aiki Extensions in support of their Ukraine Relief Fund.

This year lunch will be on our own between the morning and afternoon sessions.

Please bring your own bottled water, sports drinks, snacks, etc.
