Charles Colten Sensei began his Aikido training in 1986. His primary influences are Endo Sensei, Saotome
Sensei,
Jan Nevelius Sensei, Jorma Lyly Sensei, Mary Heiny Sensei, Ikeda
Sensei, Yamashima Sensei, John Stone Sensei, Robin Cooper Sensei, and
Okamoto Seigo Soshi. This workshop will emphasize musubi (connection),
the midline, and zanshin (“remaining mind”) in the context of Aikido
principles and technique.
All styles, affiliations, and levels most welcome!
